Dr. Phyllis Vincent of Frankfort, KY is pleased to announce that a National Center for Constitutional Studies (NCCS) conference The Making of America will be held in Frankfort, KY on April 28th. The lecturer for the seminar is Bill Norton, a constitutional consultant for the D.C. Tea Party leaders. This is a great conference - very informative. Please tell others and plan to attend:
