Mandy Connell ~ Born in a small town in North Florida, Mandy grew up a suburban redneck child. She has worked in every genre of talk radio and may currently be heard daily from 9:00am - noon on 84WHAS out of Louisville. Her launch into conservative talk radio began on 9/11, she watched, along with the rest of the world, as the Twin Towers fell, and thus began the paradigm shift that redefined her perspective. She is now a recovering dirty foot hippie liberal, conservative libertarian. (Mandy will be our Keynote for Lunch)
Andrew Breitbart ~ Andrew Breitbart is publisher of the news portals Breitbart.com and Breitbart.tv which is frequently linked to by Drudge and other websites. He gained greater notoriety when his second blog endeavor, Big Government, broke the ACORN child sex trafficking scandal and the most recent the first to uncover the Weiner Gate scandal. In 2010 he received the Reed Irvine Accuracy in Media Award at the CPAC conference in Washington DC. He has appeared as a commentator on Bill Maher, Dennis Miller, and many programs on FOX News. Andrew co-wrote the best-selling attack on celebrity culture, Hollywood, Interrupted, and was the primary developer of The Huffington Post. His new book, Righteous Indignation: Excuse Me While I Save the World!, is in stores now. (We are honored to have Andrew Breitbart who will be the keynote speaker Saturday evening at the patriots' Banquet)
Dick Armey ~ Elected to Congress he served 18 years in the House of Representatives. In the house Armey was the primary author of the ‘Contract with America’. In 2003 he joined FreedomWorks as their Chairman and leads a political revolution at the grassroots level. Dr Dick Armey, a PH.D economist is also a senior policy advisor at DLA Piper US LLP, a global law firm with over 3,000 attorneys. He is in the Government Affairs, Federal Legislative Practice Group of the Washington, DC office, and Empower America-a think tank founded by former Secretary of Education Bill Bennet and former Congressman Jack Kemp.
