Message from AFA: Dear Friend:
We have a great event planned for September 28th that is open to the public and we especially want concerned citizens like you to attend.
As you know, one of the most deceptive arguments used by the abortion industry is to say that the unborn child is just “a piece of tissue”.
However, when “the piece of tissue” stands up before you and tells you how she survived an attempted abortion, it totally undermines the entire pro-abortion mentality.
This year we are having an outstanding speaker named Melissa Ohden. She is one of the few abortion survivors. Melissa is the survivor of a failed saline infusion abortion in 1977. Despite being born alive at approximately six months gestation, she has not only survived but thrived. With a Master’s Degree in Social Work, she has worked in the fields of substance abuse, mental health, domestic violence/sexual assault counseling, and child welfare.
Please mark your calendar for Tuesday, September 28th, and make plans to attend the banquet and hear Melissa at the St.MatthewsCommunity Center, 310 Ten Pin Lane (across from The Mall St. Matthews) in Louisville at 6:30 PM. If possible, bring others, especially your children, grandchildren or church youth group, and reserve a table to hear Melissa’s miraculous story that more than anything else explains the heart of the abortion/life issue.
