Constituting America We The People 9~17 Contest

Constituting America is sponsoring a We The People 9~17 Contest open to all K through 12 school aged children.

To learn more check out the site Constituting America . org whose mission we share to reach, educate and inform America's youth and her citizens about the importance of the U.S. Constitution and the foundation it sets forth regarding our freedoms and rights.


September 17, 1787 the Constitution of the United States was signed and a birth of a nation and ultimate victory for Liberty began. To celebrate Constituting America is sponsoring a “We The People ~ 9/17” Essay or PSA contest for kids.

The Contest includes best poem for elementary students; best essay or song for middle school students; and best essay, song, or short PSA (Public Service Announcement) for High School aged students. The topic is “what does the US Constitution mean to me today”. All entries must be submitted by July 4, 2010 to We The People 9/17 Constitution Day Contest. The contest winners in each category will be notified prior to September 17, 2010 and will be awarded great prizes such as possible scholarships, appearance on a Fox News Program, Trip to Philadelphia , and more.
